Job summary

Primark is seeking a Project Executive to head up construction and development initiatives for existing stores across Europe, including refits and space changes. The role requires coordinating internal and external teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high standards of quality and safety.

You will liaise with stakeholders, prepare briefs, programmes and cost plans, and report progress to the Head of Construction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Five years’ experience in construction, refurbishment, programme and project management of significant work streams.
• Chartered construction professional or equivalent experience in retail/shopfitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.
• Assemble Brief, Programme and Cost Plan for projects under your control.
• Manage external teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop feasibility plans with stakeholders and senior managers.
• Lead cross-functional relationships and ensure compliance with Primark procedures and local codes.
