Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU in Navarra seeks a Project Engineer to drive capital projects across the supply chain. You will plan, develop and execute engineering initiatives, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while aligning with Mondelez standards.

You will contribute to feasibility studies, budget development and stakeholder coordination, bringing 3–5 years of engineering experience and a track record of delivering projects in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in engineering or project management.
• Experience in a factory environment is highly valued.
• Spanish fluency required; English can be helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop and execute capital projects in the supply chain.
• Define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during development phases.
• Support implementation of engineering developments and standardization to optimize resources.

How you will contribute

The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standard are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.
