European Tech Recruit busca un perfil de desarrollo de alianzas para identificar y asegurar socios estratégicos que impulsen la adquisición de clientes y el crecimiento de ingresos.

La posición es remota a nivel internacional, con interacción en equipos globales y un enfoque en estructuras de acuerdos escalables para soluciones SaaS y plataformas digitales.

Formación

• Experiencia en desarrollo de alianzas con plataformas tecnológicas o SaaS.
• Habilidades de negociación y gestión de contratos con acuerdos escalables.
• Conocimiento de ecosistemas B2B y B2C en entornos SaaS o digitales.
• Capacidad para analizar tendencias de mercado y posicionamiento de socios.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con equipos globales.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de alianzas para impulsar el crecimiento en segmentos clave.
• Identificar y contactar posibles socios, desde startups hasta grandes empresas.
• Negociar y estructurar acuerdos mutuamente beneficiosos alineados con objetivos de negocio.
• Colaborar con equipos internos para integrar soluciones de socios y facilitar su incorporación.
• Rastrear e informar sobre el rendimiento de alianzas, KPI, ingresos y satisfacción de socios.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners through targeted outreach, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report on partnership performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with an understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global teams.
