Emefin, corporate office of business group with branches in Europe and Latin America, is in search of a Project Director, that will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives focused on process implementation, organizational optimization, and systems integration across the Group’s business units. This role will ensure alignment between operational, financial, and technological areas, driving the successful execution of transformation projects with a long-term vision of establishing a Shared Services Center (SSC).
Main Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and standardization projects across financial, administrative, and operational processes at the corporate level.
- Coordinate multifunctional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, HR), ensuring effective communication and alignment across areas.
- Oversee the implementation of technological tools—preferably SAP—and supervise systems integration among subsidiaries.
- Design and apply change management methodologies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and structures.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with defined objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to define the roadmap towards the centralization of processes in a Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; postgraduate education in Project Management or Business Transformation is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) leading corporate transformation or integration projects, preferably in multinational or multi-entity environments.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP desired) and end-to-end financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Strong ability to coordinate multicultural and multi functional teams, managing priorities in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Languages : fluent Spanish, fluent English, and French preferred.
- Availability to travel and temporarily relocate as needed to different group locations.
