REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. in Spain is seeking a Deployment Project Coordinator (EAME) to manage end-to-end hotel technology deployments for Hotel Collection properties across the EAME region.

You will oversee kickoff, timelines, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, and go-live, coordinating with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and deployment groups. The role requires 3+ years in project coordination, Opera Cloud PMS experience, strong planning and stakeholder skills, and willingness

Formación

• 3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience working with hotel operations, leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
• Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Comfortable working across time zones; willingness to travel for deployments.

This role manages day‑to‑day project execution, aligns activities to program standards, and partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, vendors, and regional deployment groups to ensure smooth implementation from kickoff through hypercare.
