IDOM is seeking a Senior Planner Engineer to join the Buildings Technical Department in Madrid. The role involves leading complex scheduling, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring on-time project delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Must hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in construction planning and control, with direct work with construction teams and clients.
• Strong ability to manage complex schedules, monitor deadlines, identify deviations and risks.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.

• Lead development and control of construction schedules for projects.
• Monitor deadlines, deviations and risks, supporting decision-making with robust planning.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• You hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or a related discipline.


• You have more than eight years of experience in construction planning and control, with proven experience working directly with construction teams, contractors and clients during project delivery.


• You have experience managing complex schedules, monitoring deadlines, identifying deviations and risks, and supporting decision-making through robust, results-oriented planning.


• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.


• Are a team player with technical excellence.


• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.


• Do have an advanced level of English.
