Alstom in Madrid is seeking a full-time Project Contract Manager to lead contract management and risk mitigation for signaling projects. You will drive extensions of time, variation orders and contract amendments while providing technical leadership to the project team.

As a member of the Project Core Team and Contract Management Organization, you will analyze contracts, monitor obligations, issue notices, manage claims and counterclaims, report KPIs, and train stakeholders to ensure contractual

Formación

• Educational requirements: A degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or business sciences.
• Experience: 2-3 years in Contract/Claim Management or Project Management, preferably in the industrial sector; railway projects are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze contracts to develop contract and claim management strategies and protect Alstom interests.
• Monitor project progress toward contract obligations and milestones.
• Issue contractual notices on time and manage correspondence with third parties.
• Prepare documentation for claims/counterclaims negotiations and provide training on contract/claim management to stakeholders.
