Job summary

IQVIA in Spain is seeking an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) with strong SAS and R programming skills to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access activities. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with health economics exposure, focused on statistical analyses and automation.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure high quality outputs, stay abreast of IQWiG/G-BA methods, and contribute to reproducible analysis workflows in a remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, outcomes, and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons; support interpretation of results.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor HTA methodology developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and others.
