Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support health technology assessment in Germany with a strong focus on statistical programming in SAS and R. The role is based in Madrid, Spain, offering a remote/hybrid arrangement and collaboration across Market Access, HEOR, and Medical Affairs teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or related field, with HTA/AMNOG/HEOR experience and proficiency in CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or related field.
• Experience in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers focusing on programming analyses.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
