Job summary

IQVIA is hiring for a Programmer role focused on SAS and R programming within health technology assessment activities in Germany. Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Knowledge of the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of results.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure scientific quality and clear presentation of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies.
