Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German skills to support German HTA and market access activities from a Spain-based remote/hybrid setup. The role focuses on statistical programming and data analysis within health technology assessment contexts.

The ideal candidate has strong SAS with 2+ years of clinical data analysis experience, familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluency in German and English. A hybrid work model in Spain is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Improve automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
