Job summary
IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. This Spain-based role combines remote and hybrid work, primarily focusing on statistical programming and analysis of clinical data within HTA contexts.
The candidate should have strong SAS programming skills (2+ years), familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluency in German and English.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
- Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR or Market Access.
- Understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
- Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM data standards.
- Knowledge of the German AMNOG process, IQWiG or G-BA procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop German AMNOG dossiers focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
- Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
- Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
- Ensure clarity and quality of generated outputs.
- Monitor IQWiG, G‑BA procedures and related HTA developments.
