Mondelēz International invites a skilled Project/Program Manager to join the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. You will oversee strategic, transformational, cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and governance across regions.

You will own budgets, timelines, testing, and go-live readiness, mentor other managers, and report progress through scorecards and reviews. Fluent English is required; travel may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years experience in Leadership in a function.
• Fluent in English; strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and align plans with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage project lifecycles including budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program risks; escalate as needed.
• Drive consistency and quality in project execution with appropriate methodologies.
• Provide program reporting using scorecards and monthly reviews.
• Develop and coach project managers to build capability.
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
• Maintain external vendor relationships and QA throughout delivery.
