Pedra, based in Barcelona, offers a Product & Marketing Intern role working directly with the founder. You will own parts of the business gradually, including video, SEO, customer support, product feedback, and growth initiatives.

The internship is conducted as a convenio de prácticas and requires 30–40 hours per week. The position starts in October or November, with a €400/month stipend and a remote or hybrid setup in Barcelona.

Formación

• Enrolled in a program with convenio de prácticas.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
• Willing to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Comfortable on camera and with customers.
• Familiar with AI coding tools; coding not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate video briefs with freelance editors, review cuts and publish on YouTube, Instagram and the site.
• Publish and update landing pages and articles in six languages; fix SEO issues flagged by tools.
• Answer customer emails and WhatsApp, join calls, translate feedback into tasks.
• Write up bugs and features, test releases, and ship small fixes using AI tools.
• Assist growth efforts through newsletters, outbound campaigns and ads.

The role

I'm Felix, the founder. I do product, marketing, sales and support. You'll work next to me on all of it, with one goal: help Pedra grow.

This isn't a "make reports nobody reads" internship. Within a few months you'll own parts of the business that I run today.

What you'll do

• Video. Brief our freelance editors, review cuts, give feedback, and publish on YouTube, Instagram and our site.
• SEO. Publish and update landing pages and articles across six languages. Fix what Ahrefs flags.
• Customers. Answer support on email and WhatsApp, join customer calls, turn what you hear into tasks.
• Product. Write up bugs and features, test releases, and ship small fixes yourself (a broken link, an empty help page, a copy change) using AI coding tools.
• Growth. Newsletters, outbound campaigns, ads. Whatever's moving the needle that month.

You might be a fit if

• You study at Elisava, Esade or similar, and can sign a convenio de prácticas.
• You have taste. You notice when a page, a video or an email is off.
• You'd rather figure it out than wait for instructions.
• You're comfortable on camera and on a call with a customer.
• You've used Claude, Cursor or similar to build something, even something small. You don't need to be a developer, but you can't be scared of code.
• You speak Spanish and English. Catalan, German, Italian, Portuguese or French is a plus.
