Job summary

Desay SV Spain is seeking an SMT Engineer to help build up our Linares plant and production lines to meet modern automotive standards. You will develop test platforms, manage measurement technologies, and document processes to ensure quality.

You will work on testing system development, software/hardware for testing equipment, and apply PFMEA/CP/SOP/MSA with a focus on continuous improvement. English proficiency is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing system development.
• Experience in software and hardware development for testing equipment.
• Familiar with SMT printing, soldering, reflow and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, DOE, 5Why.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, develop and apply new measurement technologies.
• Develop software/hardware platform for full system.
• Write and develop test documentation (PFMEA, CP, SOP, MSA, test plans).
• Test and validate processes, including acceptance reviews.
• Support trial production and perform failure analysis.
• Implement change plans for products and processes with documentation.

We are looking for Production Technology: SMT Engineer (m/f/d) in Spain

Your tasks

Together with our local team you built up our plant and production lines in line with modern automotive standards. This includes:

• Introduction, development, and application of new measurement technologies
• Development of the software and hardware platform for the full system
• Writing and developing test documentation: PFMEA, CP, SOP, MSA, test plans, component coverage rates
• Testing and development validation, including process development acceptance review and validity verification
• Provide support for the trial production and conduct failure analysis (for both electronic and testing components)
• Implement change plans for products and processes including documentation

Your profile

• Experience in testing system development
• Experience in development of software and hardware for the testing equipment system according to project requirements
• Familiar with SMT printing, soldering, reflow and other manufacturing processes
• Familiar with quality tools, including SPC, DOE, 5Why, etc.
• Fluent in englisch, chinise is a plus
• Daily handaling of office tools
