We are currently seeking a Production Technician / Packaging Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team in the Packaging Department.

Fields of Responsibility

• Supervise packaging processes and the assigned operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations during production.
• Monitor and adjust technical parameters throughout the packaging process.
• Prepare reports and track production performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure proper execution of procedures.
• Manage and update documentation related to packaging processes.
• Contribute to or lead improvement initiatives for packaging processes, including deviation reports and change controls.
• Degree in a scientific field (engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or similar).
• Minimum of 2–3 years in pharmaceutical production or a related environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement techniques.
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience using SAP for production management and inventory control.

The position is located at ALK’s site in Madrid in the business area of Ciudad Lineal, very close to the center of Madrid. The manufacturing center is located at Calle Miguel Fleta 19 while the Business Support area is in an annex building located in the Avalon Business Park. Nevertheless, we have a remote working policy that will allow you to work from home part of your time.
