Essity is seeking a Production Planning Team Leader in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), Spain, to lead a team of Production Planners and drive planning excellence across the supply network.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure material availability and robust execution within Essity's Professional Hygiene Supply Planning Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong numerical/analytical skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply or production planning functions.
• Experience leading people and developing others to high performance.
• Ability to identify root causes and make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI).
• Experience with SAP planning solutions (APO/IBP/S4HANA) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Production Planners to ensure reliable execution.
• Oversee planning activities to secure product availability across the network.
• Act as a link between Supply Planning Hub and internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive KPIs, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the transformation journey with digital tools and standardized processes.
