• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or related functions.
• Experience leading people or developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Production Planners and ensure effective execution of planning activities.
• Oversee operational performance and monitor key planning indicators across the network.
• Collaborate with functions to guarantee material availability and planning excellence.
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital tools adoption and standardization within the Supply Planning transformation.
