Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Sevilla is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling professional to manage daily routines, monitor production progress, and coordinate parts availability. The role involves leading work orders and coordinating cross-department logistics to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic aerospace environment.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree, demonstrate strong English skills, and have experience in team leadership and risk management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial fields.
• Advanced level of English required.
• Experience leading teams and risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch daily routine and monitor on a one week horizon.
• Attend daily production monitoring meetings.
• Report on production progress and parts availability.
• Support to adjust daily priorities.
• Manage Work Orders from release to closing and pull flow.
• Oversee components including missing parts and logistics, transfer protocol, and missing parts.
• Coordinate parasitic flow with other departments (non-conformity, over delivery, issues, loss of parts, cannibalization).
• Coordinate outstanding works and logistic flows; manage internal/external WO transfers.
