Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville is seeking an MRO Controlling Specialist to drive planning, reporting and cost control within the PMBC team. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, support transformation initiatives and ensure reliable budgets for the MRO operations.

Ideal candidates hold a finance or business degree, strong financial acumen, risk mitigation skills and fluency in English. This role offers challenging responsibilities in a multinational environment and growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
• Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince.
• Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
• Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management.
• Negotiation level of English.

Responsibilities

• Integrate planning, reporting and controlling activities at MRO.
• Define, prioritise and manage transversal projects for MRO.
• Transformation projects for MRO to improve costs and cash out.
• Conso workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG.
• Participate in automatization processes and tools to optimise resource planning.
• Challenge the MRO business to ensure accurate performance planning.
• Provide decision-making support to the MRO controller and operative areas.
• Generate outputs: common procedures and ways of working for efficiency.
