Holt Executive Ltd is seeking a Product / Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that space-grade systems, payloads and components meet the highest reliability and safety standards. You will join a cross-disciplinary team in a fast-growing space technology environment where quality is integral to mission success.

The role focuses on building robust QA frameworks, managing life-cycle risks, and coordinating audits, with English communication critical and Spanish a plus.

Formación

• Experience in product or quality assurance for space/high-reliability systems.
• Familiarity with ESA/ECSS or similar PA frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to spot issues early.
• Clear guidance on quality expectations with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong English communication; Spanish beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain QA processes across ongoing engineering programmes.
• Identify and reduce technical and manufacturing risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure incoming components meet quality requirements.
• Handle non-conformances, lead investigations and define improvement actions.
• Produce PA/QA documentation for internal teams and customers.
• Represent quality assurance during project reviews and milestones.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits to strengthen quality culture.

They are now looking for a Product / Quality Assurance Engineer to help guarantee that every system, payload, and component meets the highest standards of reliability and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Establish and maintain quality and product assurance processes across ongoing engineering programmes.

What You’ll Need

• Experience working in product or quality assurance for space, high-reliability, or advanced engineering systems.
• Familiarity with ESA/ECSS quality standards or similar structured PA frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to spot issues before they become problems.
• Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and supplying clear guidance on quality expectations.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is beneficial but not essential.
