• Manage vendor relationships and track delivery against scope.
• Ensure platforms meet service levels and coordinate incidents, releases and upgrades.
• Oversee access, onboarding and training for users across regions.
• Apply FAIR data principles and data governance across platforms.
• Monitor costs, licenses and renewals; contribute to planning cycles.
• Collaborate with biologists, engineers, vendors, procurement and finance.
