RDT is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead planning and delivery for Hardware and Network Platform teams. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful hardware and network capabilities aligned to critical business needs.

The role requires strong SAFe expertise, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of hardware lifecycle, network infrastructure, testing, and release processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proven Product Owner experience in Hardware, Infrastructure, Network or Platform domains.
• Strong SAFe expertise with PI Planning, backlog mgmt and ART coordination.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across tech and business.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle management and release processes.
• Solid understanding of enterprise network infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on Jira for backlog management, planning, reporting and tracking.
• Ability to define testing strategies, UAT, and release validation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the team backlog, aligned with priorities and strategy.
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and development teams.
• Define, refine, and prioritize features, capabilities, and user stories.
• Drive PI Planning activities and support ART execution within SAFe.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver hardware and network products.
• Manage whole hardware lifecycle from planning to retirement.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure product quality via validation, verification, testing, and acceptance.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication with roadmap and delivery updates.
• Push continuous improvement in product management and delivery processes.
