Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Owner to bridge business requirements and engineering execution. You will translate user stories into epics, collaborate on UX, define acceptance criteria, and guide the backlog to maximize value.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Engineering required.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience delivering cloud-based software using Microsoft Azure.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level; French, German, or Portuguese valued.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CAF.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align implementation with the product roadmap.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into epics, features, and tasks.
• Create mockups and collaborate with UX experts on solution design.
• Define acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and accept completed work.
• Create and maintain solution architecture, design documents, and implementation specifications.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder feedback, and dependencies.
• Coordinate software updates, patches, releases, and upgrades.
• Ensure developments align with Secure Product Development and D2S processes.
• Maintain project documentation including sprint plans and release notes.
• Develop and deliver monthly performance reports covering status, achievements, progress, and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align implementation with the product roadmap
• Translate business requirements and user stories into epics, features, and actionable development tasks
• Create mockups and collaborate with UX experts on solution design
• Define acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and accept completed work
• Create and maintain solution architecture, technical design documents, and implementation specifications
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder feedback, technical dependencies, and strategic objectives
• Coordinate software updates, patches, releases, and upgrades
• Ensure developments align with Secure Product Development procedures and D2S development processes
• Maintain project documentation, including sprint plans, product backlogs, meeting minutes, and release notes
• Manage delivery and product-quality risks and escalation issues when required
• Develop and deliver monthly performance reports covering solution status, achievements, development progress, and KPI attainment

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering required
• Agile certifications, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Transformation
• Proven ability to drive organizational and process improvements within a department
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience delivering cloud-based software products using Microsoft Azure
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level required
• French, German, or Portuguese highly valued
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and analytics
• Strong knowledge of industrial IIoT
