AUX, based in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the development and commercialization of AUX HVAC products in the Spanish market. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and HQ teams to shape the local roadmap and coordinate launches.

You will translate technical product details into clear commercial messages, analyze market trends and competitive activity, and enable the sales force with training and materials.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC / Air Conditioning products and applications.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within HVAC, air conditioning or a related B2B distribution industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product roadmap for the Spanish market with Product and Sales teams.
• Manage new product launches, introduction, phase-in and phase-out activities.
• Develop and maintain commercial, technical and product training materials.
• Translate technical product features into clear sales and marketing messages.
• Monitor HVAC market trends, competitors, regulations and customer requirements.
• Analyze sales performance, product mix and profitability, identifying opportunities and improvements.
• Support sales forecasting and coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide product training and technical-commercial support to the sales team and customers.
• Support local marketing activities, product presentations, exhibitions and customer events.
• Coordinate with AUX HQ Product Team to ensure local market needs are communicated.

The Product Marketing Manager, based in Valencia, will support the development and commercialization of AUX HVAC products in the Spanish market.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and the HQ Product Team, this role will help define the local product roadmap, manage product launches, support pricing and market analysis, and translate technical product information into clear commercial messages for customers and the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product and Sales teams to define the product roadmap for the Spanish market and identify local market requirements.
• Manage new product launches, product introduction, phase-in and phase-out activities.
• Develop and maintain commercial, technical and product training materials.
• Translate technical product features into clear sales and marketing messages.
• Monitor HVAC market trends, competitors, regulations and customer requirements.
• Analyze sales performance, product mix and profitability, identifying opportunities and improvement areas.
• Support sales forecasting and coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide product training and technical-commercial support to the sales team and customers.
• Support local marketing activities, product presentations, exhibitions and customer events.
• Coordinate with AUX HQ Product Team to ensure local market needs are properly communicated and followed up.

The ideal candidate has

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC / Air Conditioning products and applications.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management , preferably within HVAC, air conditioning or a related B2B distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish HVAC market.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, flexible and business-oriented mindset.
• Availability to travel when required.
• Location: Valencia, Spain.
