HappyScribe is seeking a generalist Product Marketer to lead how we position and talk about the product, sharpening messaging across the website, landing pages, and campaigns. It’s a hands-on, AI-native role where you’ll run growth experiments across channels and determine which channels to scale.

You’ll talk to customers to capture exact language and feed it back into positioning and campaigns, while pushing for high-impact, scalable channels and targeted segments in a fast-moving, bootstrapped

You’d be joining a team of ~17 people, close-knit and pragmatic. Some of us are scaling a mature, revenue-generating platform. Others are prototyping new products that push the limits of speech and agentic AI.

We move fast but think long-term. There’s room here to shape, ship, and own real products — not pitch decks.

About the role…

We're looking for a generalist Product Marketer to lead how we position and talk about the product. Positioning is the core of the role — sharpening our messaging, our website, and how we show up segment by segment. It's the part of marketing where we already know we have the most work to do, and where we have the clearest sense of where we are and where we want to go.

It's a hands-on, AI-native role. Alongside the positioning work, you'll run growth experiments across channels — launching them agentically to find what works. You take a channel as far as you and your agents can; once it's proven and needs to go deeper, that's when we bring in a specialist. You're the person who finds the channels worth betting on.

What you will do…

Positioning & messaging — your core. Own how we describe the product and our differentiators, across the website, landing pages, and campaigns. This is where we know we need you most.

Talk to customers and feed their exact language back into positioning, pages, and the campaigns you run.

Run agentic channel experiments. Take our ICP and segments and test channels end-to-end — ABM, product-led, and beyond. Launch fast, measure, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.

Find and validate the channels worth scaling. Push a channel as far as you + agents can take it; when it's proven and needs to go one level deeper, we hire a specialist for that channel.

Stack high-intent niche segments. Lean into tightly-targeted segments that convert (e.g. European GDPR notetaking, French journalism) and pile up the ones with strong purchase intent under a clear umbrella positioning.

What you will bring…

Taste in product positioning — the core skill. You know how to position a product and sharpen messaging, and you have a real point of view on it.

AI-native at today's frontier — non-negotiable. You already work agentically: spin up experiments and workflows with AI, try five things this week, kill four, scale one.

Generalist with agency. Versatile and not channel-precious. If there's an experiment to run, you run it — even one you've never done before — moving from positioning to a campaign to a new channel without friction.

A track record in B2B marketing where you've built and shipped, not just strategized.
