Job summary

Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory with international reach, seeks a Product Manager Trainee to support the Marketing Team across brands. You will help develop and execute product marketing plans, coordinate with sales, medical, regulatory, and market access, and participate in market analysis.

You will gain hands-on experience, work in a collaborative environment, and have exposure to real campaigns, tools, and launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Nursing, or similar).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Internship agreement with your university (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital analysis/management tools.
• Interest in market research, product life cycle, and launch strategies.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product marketing plans with sales, medical, regulatory, and market access.

We're looking for a Product Manager Trainee to join our dynamic team and support our Marketing Team in a wide range of projects across different brands.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of product marketing plans, coordinating with key areas (sales, medical, regulatory, market access).
• Assist in the preparation of promotional and training materials for the sales team and healthcare professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the monitoring of product performance indicators (sales, market share, campaign effectiveness) and preparation of reports.
• Provide support in the organization of events, congresses, and promotional activities related to the products.

What you will Need
