• Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For one of our clients, looking for a Product Manager, remotely from Europe, who will take ownership of improving their supplement products, focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback from surveys and calls to drive meaningful changes and ensure that our offerings exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.
• Product Optimization: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
• Data-Driven decision making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to improve the unboxing experience, branding, and overall product experience.
