Siemens Energy is seeking a Product Manager focused on Wind Power and OT/SCADA solutions. You will act as the vital conduit between business needs and agile development teams, translating field challenges into scalable digital offerings.

You’ll shape both strategy and hands-on delivery, balancing innovation with cost awareness and technical feasibility to deliver real business value. You will own prioritization and value delivery across agile teams, translating real-world wind farm operations

Formación

• Master’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on understanding of wind farm operations and SCADA systems.
• Experience in Product Management or similar roles, balancing strategic and operational work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and business domains.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in software engineering or similar combined with strong experience in Wind Power SCADA systems and OT environments
• Hands-on understanding of wind farm operations and the challenges faced by operators and service organizations
• Proven experience working both strategically and operationally within Product Management or similar rolesStrong business mindset with focus on cost efficiency, maintainability, and pragmatic decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains
