🌟 We’re Hiring!! Product Manager - SaaS Startup
Location: Remote (Brazil-based preferred)
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Our client is transforming how companies build and manage partnerships. Today, partnerships drive 30–50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams still rely on spreadsheets, email threads, and outdated CRMs—tools that were never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost opportunities, and inefficiencies that limit growth.
Despite their strategic importance, partnerships remain the only go-to-market function without dedicated, modern software. With only a quarter of teams using purpose-built partner management tools, a multi-billion-dollar market is wide open for disruption.
Our client is addressing this gap with a next-generation platform that helps partner teams scale smarter. Their intuitive, automated solution replaces manual work with streamlined workflows, from partner onboarding and engagement to real-time deal tracking.
The company is bootstrapped, profitable, and growing rapidly—doubling revenue quarter over quarter. In less than a year, it has become one of the fastest‑growing platforms in the space, consistently outperforming legacy solutions. The team moves fast, builds intentionally, and focuses on delivering real customer value.
If you’re excited to solve complex problems, collaborate with talented teammates, and help define the future of partner technology, this is your opportunity.
Our client is hiring their first Product Manager outside of the founding team. You’ll report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Define Product Strategy: Work with leadership to build and prioritize the roadmap, balancing immediate impact with long‑term vision.
Lead Discovery & Research: Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to uncover needs and opportunities.

Drive Execution: Plan and manage sprints, track progress, and ensure timely, high‑quality product releases.
Champion the User Experience: Ensure the product is not only powerful but also intuitive and delightful to use.
Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and continuously improve product performance.
Strategic thinker: You can connect day‑to‑day decisions to the broader company vision.
Operational excellence: You know how to break down complex problems into actionable steps and deliver results.
Customer obsession: You thrive on understanding user needs and turning them into impactful solutions.
Technical fluency: You can discuss trade‑offs with engineers and write clear, actionable requirements.
Execution‑driven mindset: You’re comfortable managing sprints and ensuring accountability.
Tool proficiency: Experience with ClickUp or similar tools for sprint and task management is strongly preferred.
Experience: 4–6+ years in Product Management for B2B SaaS products—ideally with integrations, workflows, or enterprise software.
