Omada is seeking a Product Manager for Non-Human Identity to own the product end-to-end, from backlog to business outcomes. You will partner with Engineering Management and own the roadmap, metrics, and narrative, ensuring the product delivers real customer value in a growing NHI domain.

You will work in a hybrid setup with Alicante-based teams, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and the broader Omada Identity Cloud roadmap.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS product.
• Track record of owning backlog and roadmap accountability.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams to translate strategy into delivery.
• Ability to define and monitor product metrics (adoption, retention, expansion, NPS).
• Solid technical literacy to discuss architecture with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product backlog and refine it for the team.
• Translate NHI strategy into a sequenced delivery plan and roadmap.
• Define and track relevant metrics and make them visible to leadership.
• Make trade-off calls on multi-tenancy, deferrals, and hardening first.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to understand usage and customer outcomes.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Sales to ground the product story in real outcomes.
• Work with wider product org to align with the roadmap.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews with Engineering Manager.
