Nordex Group is seeking a Product Manager – Windturbine Tower Strategy to define the next generation of tower solutions and drive market-ready products. You will bridge strategy, technology, and business to optimize steel tower developments and create measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in product management, engineering, or project development.

• Commercial mindset and analytical thinking; translate technical solutions into customer and business value.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or German advantageous.

As Product Manager – Windturbine Tower Strategy (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in defining the next generation of tower solutions and turning innovative ideas into successful market-ready products. Working at the interface between strategy, technology, and business, you will lead the development and industrialization of optimized steel tower solutions that create measurable customer and business value. YOUR TASKS

• Manage the global portfolio of optimized steel tower developments throughout the product lifecycle
• Transform market requirements and customer needs into competitive tower concepts, development roadmaps and business cases
• Lead cross-functional tower developments from concept approval through industrialization and market introduction
• Align Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Installation and Sales teams to ensure successful execution and time-to-market
• Strengthen Nordex's competitiveness by delivering innovative tower solutions that create measurable business value
• Shape the future of tower innovation and competitiveness at Nordex

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in product management, engineering, project development, preferably in the wind energy industry
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in an international environment
• Commercial mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible customer and business value
• Fluent English required; Spanish and/or German would be considered an advantage
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to innovation and problem solving
