LeoVegas Group is seeking a Product Manager focused on tooling to guide game releases, ensure compliance, and support key operational processes across domains. You will collaborate with gaming development, product design, and business teams to align tooling with strategic goals.

From a strong foundation in product or technical project management, you will drive architecture-driven discussions and partner with stakeholders to deliver value for players and operators in a fast-paced igaming

Formación

• Experience in product or technical project management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with customer focus.
• Good sense for architecture and journey design.
• Background in iGaming or game providers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the gaming tooling ecosystem, translate vision into tooling requirements.
• Advocate for operational gaming stakeholders and address pain points.
• Iterate on existing gaming tooling with development team and designers.
• Advise leadership on needs within your domain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

If so, we're delighted to introduce ourselves as the Gaming Product team within the LeoVegas Mobile Gaming group, where your passion for gaming meets boundless opportunities. As a Product Manager focused on tooling, you’ll enable smooth game releases, ensure compliance standards are met, and support key operational and commercial processes. Working across multiple domains you’ll help build and evolve the systems that keep our gaming ecosystem running. Join us on this exhilarating journey as we redefine gaming experiences and push the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Own and be responsible for the gaming tooling ecosystem, particularly game management, translating the vision of gaming product into requirements for tooling necessary to support it
• Advocate for and work closely with operational gaming stakeholders, developing solutions for their pain points.
• Together with the gaming development team and product designers, continue to iterate on the existing gaming tooling, ensuring it continues to meet strategic objectives.
• Advise gaming and business leadership on what needs consideration within your domain.
• Collaborate with other product teams at the business to ensure accurate and robust technical communication between both tooling and service, ensuring that the ultimate needs of our players are met.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience in product or technical project management
• Previous background with an iGaming operator or a Game provider is meriting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a customer value-driven mindset
• A good sense for architecture and journey design, to successfully contribute to requirement and design discussions

NICE-TO-HAVES

• a graduate degree in computer science or an adjacent discipline
