eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona (hybrid) is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

You will own the strategy with the Product Director, identify opportunities, build business cases, and manage the roadmap for new and existing products, balancing business needs with user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product development or strategy consulting.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Experience with AI-driven customer support solutions is desirable.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with data-driven decision making.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

We’re seeking aProduct Managerto join ourteamin Barcelona (hybrid) to drive the development and execution of our product strategy, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed the expectations of our customers. What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Jointly with the Product Director, drive the strategy for new and existing products.
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to come up with creative and mutually beneficial solutions to business and consumer problems.
• Build/Support the creation of business cases to support new initiatives as well as prioritizing the road map for the next set of products and feature enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the development, implementation and subsequent rollout.
• Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class inventory.
• Manage multiple projects and details without losing sight of the ‘big picture’.
• Be self-directed and able to move forward in a fast-paced, somewhat ambiguous environment.
• Be able to manage an increasing amount of pressure without passing over to the team and colleagues.

What do you need to succeed:

Good to have

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development or strategy consulting.
• Ideally some experience in the travel industry.
• Ideally some experience with customer service automation processes and AI-driven customer support solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high performing teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use numbers and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
