Mapal Group is seeking a Product Manager to own Mapal Operating System (MoS) — the backbone that powers all Mapal products. You will translate complex tech foundations into scalable, valuable product experiences for hospitality clients across Europe and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data, and operations to drive a global platform, establish metrics, and define a clear product roadmap that ensures consistency, interoperability, and growth for the Mapal ecosystem.

Formación

• Experience in product management within a SaaS or platform-based environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product narratives.
• Proven collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for building the invisible layers that make complex ecosystems work smoothly.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product strategy for MoS, ensuring it provides a robust, unified backbone for all Mapal applications.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable services and APIs, with other product teams to define shared functionalities, and with data and operations to ensure MoS evolves as a true global platform.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for MoS.
• Partner with engineering to translate architectural and infrastructure needs into clear product goals and deliverables.
• Ensure data consistency and interoperability across all Mapal products.
• Drive the development of shared services (notifications, authentication, integrations, analytics, etc.) that can be reused across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to identify and prioritize cross-product functionalities that should live in MoS.
• Contribute to the technical design discussions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the adoption, stability, and performance of MoS.
