Mapal Group seeks a Product Manager to own Mapal Operating System (MoS), the core backbone that connects all Mapal products. You will translate technical foundations into scalable product experiences and collaborate with engineering to design shared services and APIs.

This role emphasizes data consistency, global scalability, and measuring MoS adoption and performance across Mapal's ecosystem, enabling hospitality businesses to operate more efficiently.

Formación

• Experience in product management within a SaaS or platform-based environment.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product narratives.
• Proven collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for building the invisible layers that make complex ecosystems work smoothly.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for MoS.
• Partner with engineering to translate architectural and infrastructure needs into clear product goals and deliverables.
• Ensure data consistency and interoperability across all Mapal products.
• Drive the development of shared services (notifications, authentication, integrations, analytics, etc.) that can be reused across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to identify and prioritize cross-product functionalities that should live in MoS.
• Contribute to the technical design discussions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the adoption, stability, and performance of MoS.
