Job summary

SIBLING is seeking a Product Manager to own product strategy, drive commercial growth, and manage lifecycle across international markets in the industrial/process equipment sector, with emphasis on homogenisers and related machinery.

The role is hybrid in Madrid, requiring collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Operations to identify opportunities, shape value propositions, and translate customer insights into differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management for industrial/process equipment.
• Homogenisers or related Food & Beverage machinery desirable.
• Strong commercial, pricing and market analysis skills.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development.
• Experience cross-functional with Sales, Engineering and Operations.
• Strong customer and market insight capabilities.
• Engineering, Business, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps.
• Analyse market, customer and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches and product improvements.
• Support pricing strategy, margin improvement and commercial decision-making.
• Develop value propositions and product differentiation.
• Gather customer insights and translate these into product requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
• Support product training, marketing and customer-facing activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand products into new applications, markets and regions.
