Job summary

Lexroom.ai is looking for a product manager to own two connected product areas—one core AI surface (e.g., legal research or drafting) and one international expansion market across Europe. You’ll conduct discovery, translate insights into a clear roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to ship high-impact features.

Fluent English is required, Italian is a plus, and the role is hybrid with a Barcelona office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Shipped high-quality features end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Run discovery through user interviews, data, and signals to build a clear roadmap.
• Write specs for engineers and manage the backlog; collaborate with design, engineering and legal teams.
• Drive international expansion work: market fit, localization, and GTM coordination.
