CENTUM research & technology is seeking a Product Manager to shape our product strategy and guide products through their full lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. You will collaborate with the Product Area, Engineering, PMO, Marketing & Sales and other internal stakeholders to lead end‑to‑end development of new products.

You will drive roadmap execution, validate market opportunities, and focus on delivering market-leading products for emergency, security, defense and aerospace

Formación

• University degree in Telecommunications, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Customer Development and Lean Startup methodologies.
• Strong understanding of technology, including both hardware and software, and the ability to understand core concepts and their implications.

Responsabilidades

• Design value propositions, define product strategy, and manage the roadmap.
• Gain a deep understanding of customers, their needs, and market opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to define, develop, and deliver the product roadmap and vision for your product area, aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
• Act as a product advocate within the organization, providing leadership, answering questions, and making informed decisions when needed.
• Validate product ideas and features to achieve strong product‑market fit.
• Drive product profitability, scalability, and effective portfolio management.
• Take ownership of product goals and KPIs, ensuring accountability and commitment to company objectives.
