As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role on defining our Portfolio Strategy and the contribute to the successful launch of innovative formulas and products.

Your Responsibilities :

• Help to define and lead the Global Marketing Calendar to activate the portfolio strategy and develop new formulas and products.
• Design and execute the product vision and strategy for tactical subcategories, overseeing the entire process from ideation to launch.
• Develop execution guidelines to support local markets and key accounts within the portfolio strategy activation..
• Conduct thorough market analysis and research to continually bring fresh ideas, identify beauty opportunities to develop, and enhance existing products.
• Analyze pricing and costs, contributing valuable insights to optimize products profitability.
• Define the product value-proposition for new launches and optimizations, ensuring the correct activation in online and offline channels.

We are seeking a dynamic and beauty passionate with 2 years of experience in a similar role. If you're a proactive, very analytical, creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail… We want you on our team!

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong interest in the beauty and cosmetic industry.
• As you will be part of the Global Team, fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, curious, and creative mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
