Seeking a Product Manager to steer our Climatech product with clarity and foresight. You'll simplify the complex, guide release cycles, and hit key metrics, ensuring market success. Your strategic and operational expertise will fuel our vision and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Streamline Communication: Simplify complex issues and enhance team dynamics with effective feedback.
• Strategic Planning: Plan and execute release cycles, manage product roadmaps and backlogs, swiftly adapting to changes.
• Drive Vision and Strategy: Align with the product's mission through deep domain knowledge and strategic collaborations.
• Understand the Business: Gain comprehensive insights into market strategies, revenue models, and product positioning.
• Lead with Autonomy: Navigate through strategic and operational tasks, taking features from concept to launch independently.
• Ensure Effective Delivery: Optimize shipping cadence, anticipate risks, and maintain high product quality.
• Prioritize and Analyze: Lead problem-solving, prioritize effectively, and leverage data for decision-making.
