Innovation & Strategy Coordinator

to join their Valencia office.

Your Role

Lead initiatives to shape the company’s digital product strategy and innovation roadmap.

Coordinate cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, and marketing—to implement new solutions effectively.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

Track performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives and propose optimizations.

Communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 4 years of experience in product strategy, digital innovation, or related roles.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving and translating insights into actionable steps.

Familiarity with tools such as

• Jira
• Confluence
• Figma
• or similar

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders at different levels.

Proficiency in English and Russian is required

Proven experience delivering user-focused and commercially successful initiatives.
