We are looking for a Product Manager to contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven skin analysis products. In this role, you will own the whole Product development process — from discovery to delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and drive a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Run product discovery and translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and experiments.
  • Own the product backlog for your area: craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritize with data.
  • Continuously deliver user-facing value through iterative releases: plan sprints, scope features, remove blockers, and partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Skin Science department.
  • Define the roadmap as “bets” with explicit hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics; keep it aligned with company OKRs.
  • Experiment at speed: design A/B tests and pilots, use feature flags, analyze uplift, and socialize learnings across the company.
  • Partner with customers & GTM: validate problems, support discovery with key accounts, refine pricing/packaging signals, and prep release notes & enablement.
  • Work with our scientists/dermatology advisors to align features with skin‑science rigor and on‑brand experiences.
  • Documentation & comms: write crisp PRDs, decision logs, and change communications; keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Work with analytics tools (e.g.GA or others).

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • 5+ years in Product Management for B2C or B2B2C SaaS with a track record of shipping measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with launching product from scratch.
  • Strong discovery and delivery skills: PRDs, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, stakeholder updates.
  • Analytical fluency: defining metrics, reading product analytics.
  • Experimentation mindset: designing and interpreting A/B tests; working with feature flags and staged rollouts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Russian language is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
  • Experience with dual‑track agile (discovery + delivery) and outcome‑based planning (OKRs).
  • Competence in user story mapping, impact mapping, and translating strategy into vertical slices that ship.

As a Technical Product Manager at Xebia, you will lead the migration of standalone applications consisting of complex computational workloads onto Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the High‑Performance Computing (HPC) environment for our pharmaceutical clients. This strategic and tactical role blends deep technical expertise with product management skills to drive complex migration projects from conception to successful implementation.

You will serve as the critical bridge between technical implementation teams, business stakeholders, and scientific community end users, ensuring that scientific computing workloads maintain integrity and performance while aligning with business priorities. Working closely with engineering leaders, engineering teams, product teams, and external vendors you will define the technical requirements and migration strategy while navigating the specialized needs of scientific computing in regulated industries.
