Manbau in Valencia, Spain seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the pallet portfolio roadmap end-to-end, from introduction to phase-out. You will define priorities based on market opportunities and business value, tracking trends across logistics and export packaging.

You will translate customer feedback into product improvements, build business cases with Finance, and coordinate product requirements with Engineering and Operations for successful launches.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Experience with pallets, reusable packaging or plastic injection moulding is a plus
• Strategic thinker with customer orientation and data-driven decisions

Responsabilidades

• Own the pallet portfolio roadmap end-to-end from introduction to phase-out.
• Define priorities based on market opportunities and business value to keep portfolio profitable and streamlined.
• Track market, competitor and customer trends across logistics, retail, pooling, industrial and export packaging.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements.
• Build business cases with Finance for new products, customisations and investments.
• Define product requirements with Engineering and Operations and support launch readiness.
• Manage RFQs and coordinate product modifications with Sales and Engineering.
• Follow opportunities through the internal process and track conversion and post-launch performance.
• Act as the go-to product expert in customer meetings and support pricing decisions.
• Train Sales teams on the pallet portfolio.
• Monitor sales, margin, volume, market share and forecast accuracy; bring market-driven ideas to Innovation.

• Own the pallet portfolio roadmap end-to-end, from introduction to phase-out.
• Define priorities based on market opportunities and business value, and keep the portfolio profitable, competitive and streamlined.
• Track market, competitor and customer trends across logistics, retail, pooling, industrial and export packaging.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements.
• Build business cases with Finance team for new products, customisations and investments (market potential, volumes, profitability, CAPEX).
• Define product requirements with Engineering and Operations, and support launch readiness alongside the Program Manager.
• Manage pallet-related RFQs, define product solutions and coordinate product modification requests, working with Sales and Engineering.
• Follow opportunities through the internal process and track conversion and post-launch performance.

Commercial support

• Act as the go-to product expert in customer meetings, building value propositions and supporting pricing and profitability decisions.
• Train Sales teams on the pallet portfolio.

Performance & innovation

• Monitor sales, margin, volume, market share and forecast accuracy; act on deviations.
• Bring market-driven ideas on recycled materials, PPWR and circular economy to the Innovation team, and translate sustainability into customer value.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging, Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in Packaging or Logistics; experience with pallets, reusable packaging or plastic injection moulding is a plus.
• Track record leading cross-functional projects, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Strategic thinker, customer-oriented, comfortable with data-driven decisions and stakeholder management.
