Job description

Product & Launch Manager

Madrid, Spain

About Street

Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across almost 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.

The role

  • Run kitchen tests and in-store pilots: prep time, consistency, KDS impact, customer response
  • Own the launch calendar, coordinating Supply, Operations, Delivery and Brand & Marketing
  • Define packaging and equipment specs, and land every launch in every country on time
  • Review each launch after four weeks and recommend keep, adjust or retire
