Job summary

Essity in Iberia is seeking a Product Development Manager to drive private label tissue product development across Spain and Portugal. You will work with commercial, manufacturing, R&D, and customer teams to identify opportunities and deliver innovative product solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor market trends, and coordinate successful product launches across Iberia, with a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, or related field.
• Experience in product management, category management, marketing, or related commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with market analysis, portfolio management, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration and leadership across functions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with market opportunities and customer needs across Iberia.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor performance, identify improvements, and optimize assortment, profitability and growth.
• Customer Collaboration: Partner with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop value-adding solutions.
• Product Development: Define specifications and coordinate development of new products, formats, packaging and designs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, logistics, and sales to ensure successful launches.
• Market Analysis: Analyze consumer trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.
