DOGA is seeking a Systems Product Engineer in Spain to join the Product Engineering team. You will develop technical solutions for windshield wiper systems by integrating existing DOGA products or designing new ones to meet market and customer needs.
The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 2–4 years in industrial product engineering, and fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid work, flexible hours, and a customizable benefits package are offered.

We are looking for a Systems Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. Your main mission will be to develop technical solutions for windshield wiper systems, integrating existing products from DOGA’s different product families or designing new solutions according to market and customer needs
Develop and present technical design proposals for windshield wiper systems, selecting the appropriate components and materials according to customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, timing and functionality.
Design and analyse prototypes, validating technical specifications and supporting sample approval.
Transfer product specifications to suppliers and manufacturing plants, adapting designs when necessary to optimise production without compromising functionality.
Participate in design FMEAs and coordinate with other departments to minimise product risks and ensure successful industrialisation.
Manage and update customer drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
Identify improvements in product design, specifications and manufacturing processes to enhance quality, cost and performance.
Provide technical support for product-related issues, both internally and directly with customers.
Support testing and validation activities, analysing and resolving design-related deviations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, quality and cost
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
Around 2–4 years of experience in the industrial sector and/or in a similar product engineering position.
Advanced Spanish and English.
Knowledge of:
FMEA and customer requirement analysis.
PTC Creo or similar CAD tools.
FEA.
APQP.
Microsoft Office.
SAP.
A proactive, customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset, with strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
