Job summary

DHL Bonn, part of Deutsche Post DHL, is seeking a Product Development Manager to translate operational, customer and market needs into standardized product features across sites and regions. You’ll lead cross-functional testing, implementation and rollout while safeguarding scalability, quality and speed to market.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT, gather priorities, monitor industry trends and drive continuous improvement for a global footprint.

Help shape the next phase of the DHL Fulfillment Network as it moves to "Manhattan Active", DHL Supply Chain’s strategic warehouse management system. As Product Development Manager, you will turn operational, customer and market needs into standardised product features, leading cross-functional testing, implementation and rollout across sites and regions while protecting scalability, quality and speed to market.

Your key accountabilities include:

• Gather and prioritise product needs from Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT.
