A fast-growing DTC brand based in Madrid is seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to manage the lifecycle of new products. You will oversee everything from concept to launch and optimization, specifically within a Shopify storefront. Ideal candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in product development and strong familiarity with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads Manager.

Formación

  • 3–5+ years in product development for a DTC or Shopify e-commerce brand.
  • Demonstrated success taking physical products from idea to online launch.
  • Strong experience with Shopify (or Shopify Plus).

Role Overview

You’ll lead the full lifecycle of new physical products — from idea and sampling to manufacturing, launch, and optimization — built specifically for a Shopify storefront.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success taking physical products from idea to online launch.
  • Strong experience with Shopify (or Shopify Plus) and tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Rebuy, or similar.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
