Punto Health is seeking a Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills to shape how Punto Health looks, feels and works. You will design our digital products—from user journeys and wireframes to polished interfaces—working closely with product, engineering and clinical colleagues.

As part of a small startup team, you’ll also help with onboarding, how-to guides, landing pages, presentations, pilot materials, social content and paid campaigns. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Portfolio showing digital products or apps you have designed.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping and design systems.
• Understanding of UX, interaction design, visual hierarchy and mobile interface design.
• Experience working closely with software engineers and designing for production constraints.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Punto Health is an award-winning digital health startup on a mission to transform cognitive and senior care.

We’re building an AI-powered platform that helps detect cognitive change earlier, personalise care and support patients, families and healthcare professionals.

Our products include PuntoTest, a speech-based digital biomarker for cognitive assessment, and PuntoCare, an AI-powered platform for personalised guidance, cognitive health activities and continuous support.

Following our recent seed round, we’re expanding our team across Barcelona and London.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills to shape how Punto Health looks, feels and works.

Your main focus will be designing our digital products — from user journeys and wireframes to prototypes and polished interfaces — working closely with product, engineering and clinical colleagues.

But this isn’t a role where you’ll only design app screens. As part of a small startup team, you’ll also help with onboarding, how-to guides, landing pages, presentations, pilot materials, social content and paid campaigns.

We’re looking for someone whose foundation is digital product design, but who enjoys being a design generalist when needed.

What you'll do

• Own UX/UI design across PuntoCare and PuntoTest.
• Take features from early concepts through flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
• Own and evolve our Figma design system.
• Work closely with engineers to make sure designs translate well into production.
• Design accessible experiences for older adults and people with cognitive, visual or dexterity challenges.
• Create onboarding, how-to guides and other user-facing materials.
• Support broader design needs across web, presentations, sales materials, social content and campaigns.

What you bring

• Professional experience in product design / UX/UI, with a portfolio showing digital products or apps you have designed.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, visual hierarchy and mobile interface design.
• Experience working closely with software engineers and designing for real production constraints.
• Strong visual design fundamentals across typography, layout and consistency.
• Willingness to work across both product and broader visual design rather than specialising only in app UI.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, accessibility or designing for older adults.
• Experience with motion, illustration or AI-assisted design tools.
• Catalan.
